Pricing
Our items are priced using a combination of factors including the weight of the item and the amount of craftsmanship involved in the manufacture of each particular item.
Postage, Packaging & Delivery
Cholula Plata is happy to post items anywhere in the UK, and will aim to deliver orders within 5-7 working days. We use Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ First Class service for added peace of mind to you, our valued customer. Delivery with this service will be charged as follows:
Parcels weighing less than 250g: £2.50
Parcels weighing more than 250g: £4.00
International delivery will be calculated per individual order. Please e-mail us at silver@jewellerylady.com, stating which items you are interested in, so we can advise you of the international postage & packaging charge for your specific order.
Payment
We are happy to accept payments via PayPal™, Credit or Debit Card.
Not familiar with PayPal? Here’s how it works: PayPal can be used to send and receive payments online, completely free of charge. Once you sign up for PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address. You can use money from your PayPal balance or from another payment method of your choice, such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account. Returns Policy
The vast majority of our clients are very satisfied with the quality of both our service and our products so we trust you will be too. We make every possible effort to display items as well as possible, with as much detail as possible, in our online catalogue. Please note though that actual items may differ slightly from those shown.
If it does happen that you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we offer an unconditional 7 day money back guarantee on all items apart from earrings (these have to be excluded for hygiene reasons). Simply notify us via e-mail or phone within 7 working days of receipt to enable us to offer you a replacement item or a refund. Please note that postage charges on your original order will be non-refundable. Goods returned after 7 days but within 1 year of purchase will be credited only if they have a manufacturing fault.
When returning an item to us, please use the same Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ First Class service. Please retain your proof of postage and be sure to include your name and address details with the item you’re returning.
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged, please notify us via e-mail or phone within 3 working days of receipt to enable us to offer you a replacement item or a refund. You will not be charged postage costs for any replacement items but the charge for returning the item to us will be yours. If you fail to advise us within 3 working days of receipt, we are unable to accept responsibility for items said to be faulty.
While we guarantee our products against manufacturing faults, we cannot guarantee them against misuse. Please remove jewellery before showering, swimming, doing dishes or manual work and always use gloves when doing domestic work. This will maintain the condition of your jewellery for longer.
Privacy Policy
Cholula Plata will treat all details provided on our website with the utmost respect for your privacy. Data entered during the order process will be stored for the processing of your order and for individual customer care. We may also contact you from time to time with promotions, special offers or product news. If you would prefer not to be contacted please inform us by e-mailing silver@jewellerylady.com.
Gift Vouchers
We offer Gift Vouchers for sale for any amount. Please contact us by any of the methods stated on our “Contact Us” page, advising the recipient name and the address where you’d like the voucher sent to as well as the amount required.
Gift Wrapping
We are happy to offer an optional gift wrapping service at no extra cost to you. If you would like your item to be gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient, please include all details in the Special Instructions box on the check-out screen.
Availability
While we aim to have all products available at all times, it may happen from time to time that certain items are not in stock. We will notify you as soon as possible if the item of your choice is unavailable.
